Is this federally legal?

Yes. All Fuegos products are derived from hemp with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, making them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws vary — check your local regulations before ordering.

Will this get me high?

THCA converts to Delta-9 THC when heated (smoked, vaped, dabbed). If you consume it that way, expect a real high. If you eat it raw, you won't feel intoxicated.

Will I fail a drug test?

Yes, likely. If you're subject to drug testing, do not use these products.

What's the difference between THCA and Delta-9?

THCA is the raw, non-psychoactive form of THC found in the plant. When heated, it converts to Delta-9 THC. Our flower is Farm Bill compliant because it tests under 0.3% Delta-9 by dry weight — even though total THC potential is higher.

Can I see the lab results?
