Compliance & Lab Testing

Every Fuegos product is derived from hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in full compliance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).

Third-party lab tested

Every batch is tested by an accredited third-party lab for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, and residual solvents. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every batch — scan the QR code on your product or ask us for a link.

State laws vary

While our products are federally legal under the Farm Bill, some states restrict or ban specific hemp cannabinoids. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before purchasing.

We do not ship to
